Currently, thinkmarkets does not provide a cent account because the accounts at this broker use standard lot trading units (100,000 units of base currency).

Thinkmarkets also allows its traders to use scalping strategies freely.

In my opinion, this broker actually has quite good facilities, but it doesn't have micro accounts or cent accounts, that's its drawback, so it's less friendly for traders who want to trade with small lots.

If you're a beginner, I suggest looking for another broker that offers cent accounts, but if you already know how to trade forex, you can come back here again, you won't be disappointed, it's good.

Wow, don't trade too often on a cent account, bro, that's definitely all naughty DD brokers. A cent account is definitely DD, and I'm sure the brokers are doing some cheating to make a lot of beginner traders lose. It's better to trade on a standard account with ThinkMarkets, it's definitely safer since it's regulated by FCA and ASIC.

Thinkforex has announced its re-branding to Thinkmarkets, with the aim of expanding its range of assets (in addition to forex, it also offers a variety of CFDs). So they are actually one and the same organization.

Thinkmarkets has no affiliation with Thinkorswim, as they are two different brokers. Thinkorswim is specifically for traders from the United States only, while Thinkmarkets is more global.

here it is what I was looking for.. Safe and calm, after checking the regulation it's clear it's not a scam. Indeed, SAH is highly recommended for trading. The funds are guaranteed by the regulator (not a corruptor). It's also hard to find a broker like this, even professional traders keep it a secret.. you have to find out for yourself

I'm not sure about opening an account at ThinkMarket because I haven't read any clause stating the GUARANTY RETAIL CLIENT FUND from the local government. In Indonesia, official brokers are under the supervision of BAPPEBTI (Department of Trade). Does ThinkMarket have an office address in Australia and a phone number?



Is there a photo of the licenses obtained from ASIC Australia and FCA England? Can the funds of clients be withdrawn by ThinkMarket, or is it only the clients who have the right to make withdrawals? Can those funds be redirected to another account or must they return to the client's account?

This broker is quite good, an advanced broker but the deposit can be as low as 250 USD. It's still reasonable compared to other advanced brokers that have a minimum of 10,000 USD.

the size of the min. deposit is not actually a determinant of the broker's quality, in my opinion. Because some institutional brokers do require a large min. deposit for reasons that are indeed reasonable.

Among other things, yes, to maintain their capital resilience, especially if the orders are truly passed on to the interbank market, the spread and commission alone can consume at least USD 10 per position. If the capital is limited, it will definitely hit MC before being able to enjoy profits from floating.

because the withdrawal method here seems to be only via bank transfer, I suggest depositing using the same method, which is bank transfer. because if there is a discrepancy between the deposit and withdrawal methods, it usually causes problems.

If you look further, there is actually no information that explicitly states the withdrawal process can only be done via wire transfer. Furthermore, it is mentioned that after filling out the withdrawal form, the funds will be sent back to the source of the deposit. So if the deposit was made via credit card, the withdrawal funds will also be sent back to that credit card.

IB Thinkmarkets is available in Indonesia, but it seems that currently it is a bit hard to find and not as numerous as other forex brokers that are already more familiar among Indonesian traders. Regarding the ease of withdrawal, the transfer process at Thinkmarkets can be done directly by filling out the withdrawal form provided by the broker.

As far as I know, the commission per side means the commission is paid each time you open and close a position. So if, for example, the commission is USD 3/side, it means that each position (1 lot) is charged USD 3 when opening and USD 3 when closing the position, totaling USD 6.

While usually that is a round trip commission or a one-time payment for opening and closing a position.
