Pepperstone Broker Review

Pepperstone is one of the global brokers that provides raw spreads and is ASIC-regulated. This broker also has ECN trading conditions and guarantees the quality of order execution through liquidity from superior banks.

The journey of Pepperstone began in 2010 when Owen Kerr and Joe Davenport came up with the idea to pioneer a new way of connecting retail traders with market-maker banks in the forex market. They successfully worked with 23 top banks, including UBS, JP Morgan, etc., to bring price quotes to investors instantly via fiber optics.

This partnership allows all orders to be executed at Pepperstone 100 percent automatically and without dealing desk intervention. Latency is also low to 0.05 milliseconds and no requotes.

Trading fees at Pepperstone can be said to be super low. Because this broker provides raw spreads starting from 0.0 pips. Experienced traders who like scalping and autotrading, for example, will greatly benefit from the thin spreads and fast execution.

In 2014 the Sydney Morning Herald reported that Pepperstone had become the 11th largest broker in the world (excluding Japan). At that time, Pepperstone had been providing services to around 23,000 clients in various regions, including Asia.

Pepperstone's rise in popularity is not only due to the super tight spreads and fast execution it provides but also because many people are interested in trading with deposits in currencies other than US Dollars. In this case, Pepperstone can be said to be very responsive to the market because it is willing to accept deposits in 11 currencies, namely AUD, USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, CHF, JPY, NZD, CAD, SGD, and HKD.

Unfortunately, Pepperstone tends to be stingy with promotions. This broker, which is headquartered in Melbourne, very rarely holds bonuses, promos, or trading contests.

However, traders at the Pepperstone broker can choose between 11 trading platforms: MT4 for desktop, MT4 Mac, MT4 iPhone, MT4 Android, MT4 iPad/Tablet, MT5, WebTrader, cTrader, cTrader WebTrader, cTrader calAlgo, cTrader Mobile, and TradingView. This incredible number of options may seem confusing to novice traders, but they are actually very rewarding.

The biggest broker in Australia can be one of your choices. Pepperstone provides trading facilities for various assets, including forex, gold, oil, and CFD. In addition, the Pepperstone broker has a strong reputation in terms of security thanks to the license from the official Australian regulator, ASIC.

I have been a swing trader for quite a while and I have switched brokers multiple times. In my opinion, Pepperstone is relatively good for swing trading because the swap fees and commission per position are very competitive (quite cheap) in their STP account.

I also agree, I have been trading with Pepperstone for about 6 months, and I have been able to profit around 30%. After reaching 50%, I will withdraw, hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Hmm, my trading friend referred me to this broker, but I'm still confused, this is an overseas broker, right? Do they have a business license in Indonesia? If we have a withdrawal issue, who do we report it to?

In my opinion, Pepperstone has been providing good service, there's no need to be afraid of foreign brokers. I actually prefer trading with this broker rather than local ones. Because the account spreads and commissions are really competitive (low and cheap).

I've heard that Pepperstone has a good reputation, even though not many Indonesian traders are trading here yet, but I think this broker has potential.

Maybe I'll try a small deposit first, if it's really good, I'll add to the deposit.

pepperstone is indeed good, Sir, it is trusted by many traders. The spreads are relatively small and almost never experience requote. It's recommended.

If you want to try serious trading, you might as well use a Razor account, Sir, the spreads can be even smaller. Plus, the Razor account quotes are directly from major LPs, so there's no such thing as requote there.

This broker, Pepperstone, really has no equal. The quality of its market execution is top-notch, even during news releases, there's almost no lag or requote, everything runs smoothly. I truly recommend this broker for both amateur and veteran traders.

I came here from the first page of Google while searching for reviews on the Pepperstone broker, and coincidentally this is an Indonesian website, so I might as well ask here.

By the way, which trading instrument from Pepperstone has the highest return? I usually trade gold online, is that available here too?

this broker is really the best, pepperstone is indeed worthy for trading because the spread is really low and there are never any requotes, too bad the promotions are lacking so it's less attractive for beginner traders.
Recommend for serious traders, feel free to try their ECN/STP account

I agree, bro, pepperstone is one of the ECN/STP brokers with a transparent and reliable liquidity network that is always available. So there's no such thing as re-quote here, at most just slippage of 1 or 2 pips, and it can still be positive slippage, it's really nice overall.

As for promotions, honestly, there's no need to promote too much because pepperstone already has a lot of interest, usually through word of mouth or trading communities. Good stuff sells itself.

trading CFD at Pepperstone is awesome, bro, especially for hedging. It's complete from FTSE index, DAX to S&P. When you take a position to buy dollars, you can hedge by going short on S&P, and you can hit TP on both, doubling your profits. It's really great, I swear.

That's right, Sir, Pepperstone broker indeed has CFD trading quality that is on par with its Forex trading. Both have fast execution, no requote, and competitive spreads compared to other brokers. A top choice for CFD traders.

The only one that can beat Pepperstone's spread is IC Markets, both from Australia. The deposit for IC Markets is also the same as Pepperstone, which is a minimum of $200.

I'm confused about the difference between IC Markets and Pepperstone. In the end, I decided that IC Markets is the broker with the smallest spread in the world.

I also trade at IC Market... if Pepperstone is indeed better, I also want to switch... but I see that the spread and commission at ICM are smaller $5.5/lot 2 side. net after rebate.

Does Pepperstone provide special VIP facilities for those who deposit a certain amount of money? If so, what privileges can be obtained?
10 Tahun lalu
M

Mina

There is, but at Pepperstone it's called the active trader program, not VIP facilities. This is specifically for traders who can deposit a minimum of $25,000 and trade monthly with a minimum of 250 lots, or institutional traders representing certain companies.

The benefits, as far as I know, include account manager services, fund segregation, more comprehensive trading reports, VPS hosting, and trading solutions with advanced technology.

My friend recommended this broker, and after I tried it, their service is quite good. The spreads are really low and the execution is indeed fast, just as they promised. The only problem is that in Indonesia, the IB for Pepperstone is not active yet, so I have to contact Pepperstone headquarters in English. As for withdrawals, until now I can only use the payment portal.

There are already many Pepperstone IBs in Indonesia, just try searching again. There might also be IBs now that help with the withdrawal and deposit process through local banks. Just Google it, bro.

For me, the ECN Account with floating spreads starting from 0 pips and a commission of USD 3.5/lot sounds quite promising. Compared to other brokers, Pepperstone is indeed very competitive. Unfortunately, it is still not regulated by Bappebti.

It's tough waiting for regulations from Bappebti; on average, only local brokers can get regulated by them. Even brokers like Oanda and FXCM are still not regulated by Bappebti. What matters, in my opinion, is that the regulation from their home country is already convincing enough, that's all that matters.

For example, pepperstone is already regulated by ASIC, and I think that's already convincing enough, especially if you have partners in Australia.

I'm interested in trading at Pepperstone because many of my friends say that its ECN account is truly connected to the open market and without re-quote. Plus, the spreads are super low, definitely worth a try.

Is Pepperstone's standard account already included in ECN? What's the difference with other accounts? I'm interested in trading at Pepperstone because I got a referral from my friend to try trading at Pepperstone.

Pepperstone's standard account is included in STP, slightly different from ECN, especially in terms of liquidity providers. From a consumer perspective, the difference between the standard account and the razor edge account at Pepperstone is mainly in the spread and commission.

The standard account has no commission, but its spread is relatively larger than the razor edge account. Meanwhile, the edge account uses a commission of about US$ 3/lot but has spreads starting from 0.
